The ZEN of ZenTea
Silent Meditation (weekly)
Tuesday 6:30-8pm
Led by: Barbara Kumara
Cost: $10
Meditation for beginners and open to all.
Our weekly meditation sessions are open to all- from the beginner curious about meditation, to the more experienced concerned about meditating correctly or convinced of the benefits of group meditations.
Each group meditation session focuses on progressively settling the mind, to experience an awareness of the full and peaceful quiet. The settling-down of the mind, allows the body to rest and counteract the results of stress. The restful awareness of meditation also provides an experience of the higher self, soul and spirit.
Barbara is a certified instructor from the Chopra Center for Well Being. For more information call 404-233-5667 or Barbara@SpiritofMeditation.net.
